African Helichrysum Immortelle

Antioxidant & Anti-inflammatory – This variety of Helichrysum is wild harvested in the Garden of Eden in the Western Cape. It has been used for centuries for its anti-aging, healing and skin regenerating properties because it protects the skin’s collagen and elastin. With its naturally occurring flavonoids and terpene compounds it helps reduce scarring and encourage optimal healing. According to medical studies, Immortelle has strong antioxidant and antibacterial properties that make it ideal for problematic skin. This Helichrysum Immortelle is indeed a powerhouse for the skin. Not only does it help skin tissue recover fast from damage, it also remodels skin tissues to fade blemishes and helps skin retain a youthful glow. The helichrysum plant extract has a substance called curcumene, which is known for its wound-healing action, and acts as an anti-inflammatory and antiseptic.
